Video from Intervention, Saturday Workshop at Capclave
I've sat on something like 400 panels at conventions by now, but this one from Intervention stood out as a particularly good one. It was called "Revenue Streams: How to Make Ten-Tenths of a Living" and the con got it on video. It's me (moderating), plus Darren Gendron, Bill Holbrook and Eric Kimball. The sound could use some boosting and compression, but it's all there. Watch it if you have an hour to kill and want to know something about business models for Erfworld and other online content.
I'm actually giving a workshop on this topic in Rockville, Maryland this Saturday at Capclave. I know of at least one Erfworld reader who is coming, so if you're in the DC area, come join me if you like.
Meanwhile, the hell that is "relettering Book 1 for print" goes on. And don't forget the open beta of Metroplexity, an urban fantasy RPG created by some nice people who read Erfworld. And speaking of Intervention, they've announced dates and location for next year. Thanks to everyone who made Harknell and Oni's event a big success.
