Tough week

Tuesday, July 15th, 2014

It has been a long and tough week. We'd been planning to go to ConnectiCon this past weekend, but my Grandma passed away. So we were up in Pittsburgh for services and burial, then I did the Saturday and Sunday at the con in Hartford (which was great, thanks to Matt Daigle and the CTCon staff).

Needless to say, I haven't gotten a whole lot else done. Today, I have been trying to catch up on Book 3 with David and on the website launch with the dev team. It's now time to start writing the next part of Lord Forecastle, but I can't say when that'll post. Best guess is Thursday. We still intend to launch the site and the book next week. Fingers crossed.

BTW if anyone happens to have a Cintiq 13HD or better that they'd be willing to donate to the cause of Erfworld, then I could arrange some high-level donor benefits for you. (As David and I continue to hash out our production process, I'm realizing I need a better way to draw rough panel compositions.)
