So has everyone who pre-ordered gotten their books yet or are other people still waiting, as well?

To my knowledge and Mal's, all ordered books shipped out some time ago. There may be one or two non-deliveries we're unaware of.

Check your tool points, I actually thought I had ordered but hadn't because of not clicking some final confirm button or such. When I went back and ordered for real it got here (to Seattle) in like a week, week and a half tops.
