Mistake in parsosns klog 2?

On the parsons klog 2 page (image 40/ 038a) the magic table seems to have either gotten messed up, or changed from what it was/is back at gianitp.
Clevermancy is listed as life+motion, the same as eyemancy. (orginally it was the non-elemental)
I would guess this is a mistake, not sure though because i have no idea how something like this could have happend.
So anyone think this is intentional, or just a weired mess up?

It's a mistake that was corrected once and re-messed-up in the Retconjuration. I will get to it.
