ok just one more cause god knows I haven't given myself enough time to practise
Ya thanks, turning on Dithering seem to do the trick... though i do have some dotted texture left; but close enough
Exporting it as an image sequence would also work, but that's more trouble than its worth

it was from a sequence of imported images, pngs in my case. This does sound a bit too much trouble for it to be worth it for vector graphics, but you might try export your anims frame by frame to, for example, high quality jpeg, then in a new Flash doc do Import to Stage on the sequence.

The trick is to figure out the directory which contains the png.
