The description "turn-based strategy" is exclusively used in reference to computer games. Tabletop games are usually just called "wargames", and are always assumed to be turn-based; how would a tabletop RTS work?
Also, a tabletop game gets "playtested" rather than "beta tested", and Parson would probably know that too.
Just picking a couple of nits...
