I'll put 1 in on the notion that orwell is alive, but not for long.

The way these characters keep not dying, this actually is a toss-up as to who will win. Cubbins, Ace, and Orwell were all thought dead at this point, and yet all are still not quite decryptable.

That would be Ace, right? Since he must have already been dead for Clonely's death to cause the city to fall. Of course it doesn't really matter since Bladestorm had both Ace and Clonely.

But yeah, the changing of the livery to GK is a definite sign that at least Clonely bit it. It was also distinctly depicted that he poofed while being eaten by the dwagon. Still don't have full evidence that Ace's story is done.

Ace must be dead, as Cubbins was able to hold the Garrison while incapacitated. I do think he's probably going to be Decrypted though.

That gets into the question of whether it mattered that Cubbins was no visible, and therefor could not be claimed as a prisoner. Antium has been in enough battles to know to claim all visible incapacitated enemies.

If he were a prisoner he'd be in chains. Also, in order to capture Ace, Antium would have had to run past Parson, then doubled back to reach his position by the throne.
