Further Stretch Goals

Aside from the absolute need for the magnets, what are some other ideas for further kickstarter stretch goals?

Posable 3" action figures (with kung fu grip) (Accessories sold separately)?
12" dress up doll (additional outfits sold separately)?
Plushy Dolls? I can think of several varieties, such as the battle bears, g-raf, LFN, and spidew.
Paintable pewter casts of erfworld units?
replica of Parson's watch, perhaps with a plastic replica of the bracer?
life-sized replica of Jack's staff?
work in progress sketches of earlier pages?

How something that doesn't take a ton of money and draw away from further kick starters? Seems like much of the funds needed for this round of funding went towards getting square with previous rewards.

Exactly. Preload the coffers to get the prototypes in place before production begins so we have something physical to show when the next Kickstarter begins.

Option 1:
The Kickstarter goes towards setting up the prototypes, getting them made and expediting them. Several days into the Kickstarter, the video gets updated and we have our first images of an unpainted Ace Hardware with a jet pack and modded sceptre held with Kung Fu grip.

Option 2:
Prototypes are done and painted when the Kickstarter opens. We have images of Ace, Decrypted Ansom, and Jack posed in four different scenes. We have detail images of Jack's cane, Ace's backpack, Ansom's breastplate with skull insignia, and the hex base that they can stand on (complete with Side emblem). The Kickstarter proceeds then go toward then go towards mass production, backers get the first batch of figures, and then the Erfworld site (and tables at Cons) have more merch to sell.
