Request: Livery

Postby Miment » Wed Nov 18, 2009 1:05 am

I would love to get some good pics of the various livery for the wiki, particularly Stanley's. The one's on the wiki page are adequate, but small and mostly at odd angles. Plus, {{crop}} is awkward to work with.

Anyone feel like helping out?

Execellent! That's just the kind of image I'm looking for.

i can do the others as well, they are pretty simple vectors with a pretty fast turn around. the Stanley one is the hardest - there is no clean front on image of it, and it is drawn differently each time.

I did an avatar of Stanley's livery (see the Icons thread), but it required a bit of manual tweaking and cleanup because the images we have so far are barely avatar size to begin with. Maybe the obvious Patton parody will show up at some point and we'll have a nice big image to work from.

Thanks much for the work.

Sure we can credit you. We'll throw your name in the file notes, link it to your forum (or wiki) username. Like so.

ive lost two thumbdrives at school so far, both when i was working on livery (first time on Stanley's before this thread, second when i finished TV's). so ive basically stopped working on erfworld related stuff in school for fear of loosing more files and money.

That sucks. That's the real danger of having an electronic device that's small enough to swallow.

Moving on, I did Ossomer's chest plate, then one with just the radish in a gold field to match more of Jetstone's basic infantry.
