You know, I hadn't quite noticed Wanda's change in costume up 'til now. Looking back on the last few strips from Issue 2, I've seeing here in places I hadn't before. Huh.

I think you're right. "Strong man in scarf" still looks carneymancer to me. Zatanna costume should be hat magic, as you say. Can anyone call bland suit guy? Or guess at rhymeomancer by extension, saying he pulled a balanced group from his kingdom?

I'd say so. It'd be nice to see one of them in action, I wonder who's side they'd take, if either?

Did I miss something? How is the portal still up? I thought it vanished, or was that part of Jack's little prank at the end of the last issue and it came back at some point?

The portal will close only when the city of Spacerock is no longer the Capital of Jetstone. When Gobwin Knob is able to capture or kill every enemy in the garrison then the portal in Spacerock will close. I'm speculating here but the portal might remain open on the Magic Kingdom side but redirect to Jetstone's other Capital Site depending on whether the side of Jetstone has a ruler at that point.

That is definitely Freddy. And thank the Titans were back to the action. Dont get me wrong, I like the backstory, but it doesn't have the same tension, since we know a lot about how things conclude.

The only other casters I recognize are the ones we've already identified, Eggman, Magicka guys, dress girl on the right could be almost anyone, could be Dobby in the corner, could be Orko in the middle, could be Dr Who in the back left. Foreground greys, and spiky-hair next to Eggman are the ones I'm really curious about.

Wanda is getting steadily more sultry, waifish, and...young. It's like power creep, for girls.

And the lighting, shading, angles are all very good this time. Nothing special on this page, but it looks better than most.

Have we ever had a discussion about why only certain characters have pupils?
