I don't know if this is just because you are 're-booting' the forums often, but it seems that clicking the stay logged in button doesn't seem to work.
Maybe there is a timeout that is initialised to only 1-2 hours before auto-logout, that could be increased to at least a day or 2?

That seems to have been a bug; I had the same issue yesterday but the "auto login on this computer" feature seems to be working now.
Is this a real holy war, or just a bunch of deluded boopholes croaking each other?
