5.5 Diplomacy:

- to the Suddewmen:

"What you displayed was obvious aggression. Troops dispatched in our territory to thwart our movement, excessive force used to remove our protection against what was an obvious siege plan speak volumes about the intentions of the Suddewmen. We prefer however to not pursue aggressive action against the Suddewmen. Leave our territories."

- to the Escotians:

"We hold your kind of opportunists in lowest contempt. Let then be war."

6. Resolve combat.

At C8: random seed 5255. Suddewmen Infantry (or cavalry, whatever) croaks 1 Woman infantry. Woman Infatry croaks 1 Suddewmen infantry (or cavalry, whatever). Now, the spreadsheet lists the attacker as the winner, even though hits inflicted are the same. I'll go with the spreadsheet and have the 3 remaining infantry stay put at C8 (there aren't suddewmen left there anyway).

At N7: random seed 5213. Escotians croak 3 Infantry. Womans croak 4 Escotian infantry. Attacker wins, Escotians retreat to Arsenia.

7. End turn report.

Pwague (L4): 4 Infantry
Pawis (L4): 13 Infantry.
Wome (L5): 5 Infantry, Cwassus (Economancer), Midas (Economancer)
Wottewdam (L4): 8 Infantry.
Fwankfuwt (L4): 7 Infantry
Bwistol (L4): 22 Infantry, Pliny the Younger (Dittomancer)
C8: 3 Infantry
N7: 9 Infantry
B10, M5, M6, D8, E6, E7: 1 Infantry at each.

345 - 279 = 66 Schmuckers left.
The whole point of this is lost if you keep it a secret.

BLANDCorporatio,

Blastoise, Escotia and Encom have still not taken turn 6. Since you are taking turn 8 you must first:

The Player acting next in the sequence must make a report for the absent player. No Schmuckers are generated, and no upkeep costs are paid. All Cities pop the maximum amount of Infantry. No units may move or attack. No Characters may perform any actions.

Also: Defender wins on a tie. Seems to be a fault in the EESpreadsheet.

Aye - and BLAND just went and took out part of my expeditionary force. :(

So... what's happened to Blastoise and ENCOM? I'd prefer not to drop a third of the players...

I could play as one of them, but I wouldn't do that unless they asked me. I can post an autopilot turn for ENCOM and Blastoise, though.
(No one's attacked Blastoise, right?)

ENCOM Turn 6:
Spoiler: show
H6: Pop 3x Infantry at 2600.
G4: Pop 3x Infantry at Uplink.
H3: Pop 5x Infantry at Mainframe.

End turn report:
H3: 18x Infantry, 1x Warlord at Mainframe.
H6: 13x Infantry at 2600.
G4: 9x Infantry, 1x Cavalry at Uplink.

Edited to remove Turn 7's which don't apply yet. Edited to remove Blastoise's Turn 6, as Crovius took it on 27 August.

Bleh... that just might make them impregnable... I don't think anyone has the army to crack those defenses... Has this autopilot thing been used before to this degree?

Those on autopilot would only get one turn. They will get their one turn before I take my next turn, which will be in a few hours.

Incidentally, I think BLAND has moved 24 hours early - you have to wait six full days - unless I can't count.

My last turn was on the 20th of August. Had I posted my current turn on the 21st, it would have meant that I waited 1 day. However, I posted it on the 26th, meaning I waited 6 days before doing so. Also check the hours of the posts, it should be something like 6days +1 or 2 hours.

The Suddewmen, unable to find easy victories against the Womans, turn their treacherous and treasonous attentions to the Commonwealth of Escotia.

The postings made by Nihila above for Blastoise and ENCOM are correct for the turn 6 post. Please note, Blastoise and ENCOM, that you have missed your chance to have a turn. You will need to wait now until Escotia and Nawnia have their turn, since your turn happened (or should have happened) before the Womans.

In the combat between the Womans and Escotia in N7, I calculate the Womans did 4 hits, not 3. I'm not sure why the spreadsheet would say 3. I've retreated the remaining Escotian Infantry and Warlord to the neighbouring city.

Deciding speaking with Mainframe is futile the messenger retreats, a new messenger sent to Aslan's Camp. The large sea horse he rides upon bounds across the open terrain, stopping at the edge of the camp. The small blue turtle takes a breath and calls out to the camp.

"Attention, I am Squirtle, messenger from the kingdom of Blastoise, led by our great Jim Leeder. I request an audience with the commander of this town."

Aslan walks out the front gate of his camp to greet his neighbor from the east.

"Squirtle," Aslan says in a very deep voice. “I have known you long. Do you know me?”

And then Aslan was silent again for some time. Up to that moment Squirtle had been thinking how royal and strong and peaceful his face looked, now it suddenly came into his head that he looked sad as well. But the next minute that expression was quite gone. The Lion shook his mane and clapped his paws together.

“And now,” said Aslan presently, “to business. I feel I am going to roar. You had better put your fingers in your ears.”

And Aslan stood up and when he opened his mouth to roar his face became so terrible that no one dared to look at it. And they saw all the trees in front of him bend before the blast of his roaring as grass bends in a meadow before the wind.

"Speak, son of Blastoise."

"We have heard reports of battles occuring to the south. The Kingdom of Blastoise readies itself to defend against any attacks, however, we are quite aware the northlands are not just ours. My lord hoped to meet with you, possibly strike an allegiance between our two sides so we may battle any enemies together. Are military force is large and we have several squads of calvalry ready to be deployed. Also, we are nearing out limit of how many units we can maintain, and soon will have to start using our troops in battle or disbanding units. My people are proud and would prefer the former. We have a number of Krabby infantry, a large number of Seadra Calvalry, and have gained our first Gyrados to watch the skies. And yet we are hesitant to strikeat the neighboring city of Mainframe. Our Lord knows not who he should challenge, who is deserving of battle with us."

“Dearest son,” said Aslan, planting a lion's kiss on Squirtle's twitching nose, “I knew you would not be long in coming to me. Joy shall be yours.”

"After the Last Battle, when Nawnia was destroyed," said Aslan, "the Titans invited the Nawnians, led by High King Peter the Great, to come to this world of Erf."

"We six must struggle until only one prevails, but we must not always fight alone."

Aslan turns and with a mighty leap clears the camp's high walls and disappears from sight.
