1) The WeatherToffs know the location of Escotia forces from their last action.
2) Escotia has a VAST EMPIRE meaning there is a too much territory for them to defend all of it against intrusion.
3) Escotia has an INVINCIBLE NAVY and DISCIPLINED ARMY but a lack of a flying force.

Yes they do.
Both a "Yes, but..." and a "No, actually..." are rated and rolled off against the original argument.

Only a "Yes, and..." doesn't get its own roll - it helps the original argument succeed.
