Thanks for the help Sihoiba!

Kingdom Finances

units report
Spoiler: show
24 Beaver Piker
8 Dwarf Siege
23 Eww Archer
0 Moa Eww Cavalry
28 Imperial Stabber
5 Imperial Eagew
13 Peasant Piker
8 Conscript Archer
3 Griffin
17 Centaur Cavalry
Total Upkeep 338

10 open hexes = 400 income

73 (left over) + 400 (income) - 338 (upkeep) = 135 in treasury.

I think we need to strike out north from Gobwin Bump and Fort Freddy, but keep at least one hex away from the forces in C6, since they have a large siege stack and we don't have the resources to take them out right now.

We have another problem in H4 and i5. The C elfs have put some units their so we cannot get income from those hexes. But, those are also in the zone of control of Lawrence. I do not believe we have the strength to fight the C elfs right now, but we need to get them to move their troops. Ideas?

Edit: Adding to that the 4th Gr says there are 6 but has the stats of 8. Not sure how many are there.

Dave, how can we see the Arthurian stack at L1 on the scout report? Is that a mistake?

Anyway, what happened to the C-elf Foolamancy veil? Does its disappearance mean anything for us? An idea about getting them to move: we could put a led unit in the hex with them (NOT a Croakamancer) and politely ask them to withdraw from the area. Maybe propose a DMZ there as well.

Since it seems that the vast majority of Zergling forces have survived, I'm planning on continuing to chase the Grennen north and maybe pushing west. If the Kingdom wants to use Croakamancy on them, go ahead - I'll wait a bit before sending the orders.

The Dothwaki can pay upkeep this turn, but going to need funds to be able to pay it next turn, because they've foraged things to the limit to fund the assaults last turn, they're probably going to need in the order of 250 points worth.

Not sure which stacks you mean - I've gone back and entered missing numbers in the scout report.
If you mean who autokilled the Swaves, it was the C-Spearelf stacks.

Dave, how can we see the Arthurian stack at L1 on the scout report? Is that a mistake?

Yes, a mistake. Please forget you ever saw that...

Also, I've put back the end of turn time, but have realized again today that I'll be away most of the weekend. So the turn will now end on Sunday 4pm my time.

Cheers

Let's start the fireworks then. If figure leaving the beaver pikers in gobwin bump would be a good thing to ward off any light - medium attack. Therefore, I'm going to use them to take out the OHW of the units left around the bump.

I'm thinking combinding the 5 egews and 3 griffons for a flying stack to save on pop points. Where is a good spot for the fliers end turn? I was thinking fort Whoppee.

That's all I meant thanks.

I'm going to be spending the next three weeks starting today in hotels except for weekends, thanks to work. My net access will be spotty, but I'll do my best to get my orders in for the Dothwaki this turn.

Yeah, Fort Whoppee looks a good place to end our Fliers--they can try to raid a few enemy units next round.

A Think-a-gram arrives for Queen Jadis:

"Jadis, Queen of Narnia:
From the Lords of the C-Elfs, Greetings.
A message from one of the Barbarian tribes allied to your nation arrived in our Capital last turn.
We take umbrage at being addressed in such a tone and manner by the Dothwaki, who are, as best we can make out, nomadic scavengers with a base feudal system built on slavery.
The C-Elfs have taken steps to remove Dothwaki forces from our borderlands, and will engage any Barbarians who violate our sovereign territory.
We invite you to restrain your allies.
Best Regards, etc."

OOC: OK. Thanks to everyone for helping out, especially Sihoiba.

The Kingdom starts the turn with 73 pop points and I count 10 open hexes giving us a total of 473 pop points. Upkeep is 317. We have 156 points left.

If any of our allies need upkeep points, speak now.

Edit: OOC: I tried to work on the game and then spent the next hour trying to help my wife set up her new computer. I thought we were finished working on her new computer.

Zerglings,
If you can give it all you've got against the Grennen in G8 and then focus on holding the north while avoiding the C-Elfs, that would be useful. Also, you might be able to forage a bit when you get farther north.

Edit 2:
Before leaving C1, King Edmund orders the barbarian stack to either follow any previous orders he was given or join his commander.
King Edmund moves from C1 to D1 and relays orders to the Kingdom stacks there then moves to D2.
The centaurs in D1 move to D2 and stack with the centaurs there then move to E4.
The Eww Archers in D1 move to D2.

Current location of kingdom units that have moved.
D2: +20D from Walls
8 (c)Centaur Cavalry, King Edmund, Cwoakamancer Lvl 4.2 112H 72A 40D
Kgb 7 (a)Eww Archer 70H 56A 14D

G6: +100D from Walls
Kgd 8 (p) Beaver Piker 56H 16A 40D

E4: +65D from Walls
Kga 9 (c)Centaur Cavalry 98H 63A 35D

OOC: More to follow on Saturday. Any kingdom player with good ideas, feel free to make whatever moves you want on Friday or Saturday. Everyone did a great job of keeping the game going and keeping us alive while I was gone.

My Idea was to march most of Gowin Bump's units (siege, zerglings, ect) north toward their city. I was thinking the King and all the Dothwaki could march north through the pass.

I'm going to be away for the weekend so It's all on Twoy, Nihila, and Watermonkey.

Amazing! If we could just figure out how to reproduce that stack of cannoneers we would be invincible.
