Trouble logging into store

I received a tool membership awhile back and i am trying to use my Tool points to purchase the first book. I can log into the toolbox but I cannot log into the store. The username I use is the same for both and for some reason the store password recovery does not work. I have also tried the "contact us" form for the site but I have received no response. Any help would be appreciated because I would like to order the book before the discount expires.
