I'm a Tool! But I'm not?

Hi!

I became a "Tool" in December - the preorder offers were just too good to ignore!

Since then, I had the points in the store for the preorder... but I could never log into the tools login? I never received an email with an initial password for the Tools log in either... so I'm quite baffled what being a tool is all about.

I couldn't really find any information on what a tool should be seeing and where and how to log in and so on, so I'm not sure if I'm doing the right things? Left a few messages on the customer support form and haven't heard anything back.

Can anyone help me? Is there something wrong with my tool login?
