Name: Quick Buck
Stats: Health 10. Attack 1. Energy 4.
Appearance: Though not immediately obvious, Buck has the makings of an athletic frame that would appear to have seen some use. His clothing helps to hide this beneath a plain cotton shirt and some bruised black jeans. He walks in a heavy pair of shoes that are not quite boots while his hands are buried in the pockets of a long, olive green, very well worn jacket. His face is hard to figure. Creases and lines that suggest age around brown eyes that still look with excitement. Wild dark hair rests where it chooses, although a thin mouth sits careful and straight if not curved in a half-smile.

Moving takes 1 action/energy. You can travel 2 hexes if one is a plains, otherwise you can only travel one hex per turn. Each hex moved costs 1 action/energy

I know I don't have everyone's name right, working on that and another surprise I hope everyone will like.

Currently the rules are 2-3 days between turns, or when everyone has their turn submitted and I have time to update.

A couple of questions

Do you mine in hills or mountains, and do you need any tools to mine with?
To find an animal do you have to search the hex, or will you let us know if there are animals in the hex we are in?

Tools improve results. You can mine anywhere, but you are more likely to find ore in the hills or mountains.

I will let you know if you *see* any animals. There is a possibility you don't see one (like that snake sneaking up behind you). You can always hunt for animals in a hex that has no visible animals.

So are we waiting on that "special surprise" before we submit orders?
Also, in terms of roleplay, did we all *just now* arrive/appear here in the same spot? Or have we been around for a day or so and just now happened to encounter one another?

Special Surprise is going to take a couple of days, if not longer, so don't hold your breath.

That doesn't exactly answer my question....do YOU want us to wait until Special Surprise happens before we post our first orders? Or will it ocurr later in game-time?

Ok well since we're all in the same hex I assume we see all actions presently ocurring, so I'll post here for now.

Titus sized up his surroundings and temporary companions. If he was surprised by what had just transpired, he didn't show it.

Without further ado, he turns and skirts the group, walking off towards E3, but keeping his eye on the others as he does so.

Buck takes a quick moment to gather himself and take stock of his surroundings......namely the other people who seem to have appeared like he has. Seeing nothing of particular interest on their person, Buck heads to E4 and starts searching for anything worth interest.

I supposed I should mention this: Attacking does not use Energy, it only uses up your attack point.

Oh yeah that reminds me something I meant to ask, what does attacking a wild animal/creature/whatever take? Is that Energy or Attack? Because the original rules post says Attack is used to hit other players.

Attack is only PVP, attacking creatures takes Energy.
