A Complete Compendium and Guide to Using Witches, Elves, Demons, and miscellaneous units, items, spells and city plans: This book at first seems exactly what you would expect from the title. As you delve deeper you see that the miscellaneous units section is massive. It even details the capitals that can pop them. Tons of feral units too. Even better this book gives far more than just their points. It tells you how to find them. How to ally with them. How to tame them. How to fight them. And gives many tips on how to use them. It seems like a great boon to any side. Then it contains information on a host of other topics.

However the book is a trap. This particular book was created by a trilink between a changeamancer-thinkamancer-signamancer link. It was a last ditch effort to save the ruler. The ruler was transformed into a book and published. She can add more information to the book as she is used by various sides. However she can also alter the minds of readers, eventually replacing them with herself. Worse due to her high leadership it seems like the readers improve in stats by reading the book, which makes using the book even more tempting.

Lacking a title, it's always referred to as "that little red book" and appears to have been published during the time of the Ottoman empire (notable Cities included Ottobahn, Ottomat, and Ottonohbeta)
