Hi!

Seems I forgot my toolbox login.... When I try to get a new password and type in my e-mail address it says: 'There is no user registered with that email address.' If I then type in my username it should work because of 'Check your e-mail for the confirmation link.'. The problem is that even after three days waiting there is no e-mail (not even in spam-folder).

Hi, do you have a live or hotmail email account? If so that's the issue. We're working on adding support for those email addresses but they currently don't work. Please use the contact form http://www.erfworld.com/erfworld-customer-support-form/ on the main site to request assistance
