when not logged in, all the links are in a line and, on robs side, fit in the gold border appropriately, but on Jamie's side, the links are shifted to the left and most of "toolbox login" is out of the gold.
When logged in, everything moves around and jumps to a new line....

It's been like that for a week or so now for me.
I think it has to do with them making a new layout but idk for sure, might just be bugged.

The layout is an interim right now. Xin is working on the new elements and this is just a placeholder until we get there. We'll be redoing the top at that point so there isn't much point to doing extra work on it for the moment.
