Elven Legacy

Hex-based strategy game coming out. If you have steam you can get a demo. It is QUITE bad-ass. The units level up, and Hero units can spread bonuses to adjacent units.

Anyone else tried it? What were your thoughts?

I tried it earlier today and had a lot of fun with the demo. I really like the camera and how you can zoom in and see every person forming the squad or zoom out and only see a lone figure representing the squad. Leveling up is cool but when you add recruits the xp of the unit goes down which can be annoying. However, the gameplay seems rather slow and a little confusing. Combat is complex with several special abilities and tactics available. Other than that it seems like a very good game. If I get to figuring it all out I'm sure It'll get faster paced.
