I think it would be an awesome idea to add a link on the Main Page to the Toolbox Login. I had a REALLY hard time finding how to log in to the toolbox, and I think it would just make accessing that section a lot easier for the other Tools.

Hi, upgrades to the main page are in the dev list and we'll be adding login links there.

New Nav bar links are now enabled for the main site. Login/logout and tool areas now show/hide based on user's status.
