"Keep on keepin' on" comments

Feel free to post any comments, but I'll mostly be looking for random ideas and plot twists both major and minor at which I've hit writer's block.

My first request is for a side; name, units, the works (I'm thinking of giving the new side a turnamancer, but even caster mix-ups would be welcome). The only restriction I'd like to make is for you to keep the units within existing units and spin-offs of traditional European folklore. (A rusalka would be acceptable, and I may well use it soon, but creatures from Pokemon would not).

wait... so you just wrote a little without the slightest plan? I mean... can't he just walk out of the forest without a hitch? Then he can get demoted (or something). Or, even better:

Introduce his side's enemies
Have his ruler send him on a suicide mission
Have him turned
then have him fight against his own side
Defeat him
send him back to his new side in shame
... remember, it's all a matter of plot. If you plan it out enough, you can easily fill in the blanks between him. I don't suggest you use my plan, the best plans for you are the ones you think up yourself.

I have a plot and plan.

This request concerns a side which will feature in a few instalments, but no further. I'm looking for ideas for that side because mine tend to be without much context. I've never kept up to speed with pop culture and many of the nuances of erfworld naming escape me, but I'd still like them to exist.

This is with about two weeks notice too, so I can -and most likely will- come up with something before then.

You don't necessarily have to use pop culture. A few puns on well known businesses and industries could work just as well.

Pearls do come in freshwater, from mussels. I did get the name of the organism wrong and went and retconned it.

Sorry for the late update, I've been struggling to write the wolf fight scene so much, I simply decided to omit any details.

If anyone wants to do that for me I can throw it in... If not, we just live on with the character development only.
