That first panel made me laugh. Heh, "Crush, Irony!". If only Ford had been saying "oh, the ignominy of it all" before the cut to being killed off screen and all. But who on earth cut his leg off!? I want to know, it doesn't seem like Trem or Antium did it. I'm hoping it was I. Brows. Or maybe that female warlord/knight who some people wondered might have had a thing with Oss.
Anyway - Woo Trem, looks like his force utterly dominated in the battle there and Ford's plans were for naught (maybe a lower level warlord bit the dust, but it doesn't look like it), all in all a good result. And are those decrypted running away from or running towards the battle? And I wonder where 20 is.
And squashed Spidew made me laugh as well. And Parson's detailed notes on the pros and cons of the potential CWs. All that work for nothing - although Stanley actually seemed to be taking them seriously, considering them, before he got Dusted.
Maggie's actions made me lolwut? as well. I guess it is for the good of the side, but it is a very blatant action, even if he did give her permission. I don't know what Janis was on about, Sizemore try and convince Parson to return to the role? Pfff! Maggie knows how to do things. She really is awesome (perhaps a crowning moment of it for her?).
And while this is good for GK in the long run, and maybe their next turn in particular, I'm not sure how useful it is to the situation above Spacerock, since it is they that could use a good Chief Warlord bonus in hex, while Parson has admitted there is little planning they can actually do this turn to get them out of it, it is all about surviving till their next turn. Maybe Maggie is assuming Wanda is lost and is just looking at the long game - if Parson can't salvage this situation it is all the more vital he is in charge after, when Jetstone will have the momentum again.

That it is and that it did.
gameboy1234 wrote:Righto. It's probably that a side can change Chief Warlords once per turn or so, and with no other restrictions. Maybe a small payment. I bet that the post because "vacant" as soon as Ansom was captured. It would be pretty silly to capture a chief warlord and yet his side still receives his bonus or something. I'm sure as Ansom was take his side lost all of his benefits.
That's what I think as well. You lose a warlord (captured/killed) you loose any bonuses and can replace them. You can also replace a still fine warlord at least once a turn (not multiple times).

That would be great, as a new tool I demand it! (pretty please, if it is convenient and wont be any trouble.).
And so my time with the Tardy Elves draws to a close, and I am let to ponder how the experience will... eh, I'll finish later. No need to rush.
