Lauging at people who stink.

I had a great time last night laughing it up on sites and forum posts dedicated to the crappiness of Rob Liefield and Greg Land.

I should have links, but I don't... Google Fu, it'll be fun.

If you need obscenely huge muscles and a metric boopton of pouches, Liefield is your man. As for Greg Land, I don't really know what's up with him.

Lots of people have an awful lot of hatred for Liefield but like him or hate him he is making, and has made a very, very good living writing and drawing comics. In addition he is self taught so while his art tends to be repetitive and exaggerative he at least stays away from conventions that make 95% of all comic art look the same.

Alas, the ability to make loads of money at something is not an indicator of quality.

True, however being derided by the masses (especially in the comic book community) is no indicator of lack of quality either. Mob rule is rarely just!

Having said that:

That, that right there, that's a perfect example of why people tend to hate him. The body is so out of proportion that it is almost a caricature deriding him as an artist.

Its hard to accept that the person who did that also did this:

It points to a bit of laziness in my opinion.
