Avatar/Icon Sizing

If someone loads a larger avatar, it doesn't scale down. It doesn't break the page, but it does block text to the right of the avatar.

You might want to look into an automatic-resize option...

I can't even see an option to load a custom avatar, only to point to a URL for an image...am I missing something, or is loading custom avatars currently disabled?
