Ahem. Several sides are unspecified in dimension.

No, actually-> Dominaria's empire is rather small and extends almost entirely underneath a sea bottom (except a part that's located near Gerardion, which recently stumbled into Dominaria).

1. Whatever the means, MINING IS HARDER than building/capturing cities above ground; extending/upgrading such an empire is hard work.
2. Dominaria is DEEP UNDERGROUND, therefore it has nowhere to put rock it digs out to extend tunnels. (Think about it.)
3. Dominaria LACKS LOOKAMANCY, so did not know how to extend, in a targeted fashion, towards being underneath specific places.
The whole point of this is lost if you keep it a secret.

1)Castle Gerardion has GEM MINES.
2) Dominaria's SKILLED MINERS are working for Gerardion.
3)Gerardion possesses a POWERFUL LOOKAMANCER. (to find additional possible mining sites for the miners to work and to maintain security of the miners)

@bland: so how do dwarves dig underground fortresses? Or how do underground races dig underground fortresses, without a connection to the surface, even? :D

They don't :P

Even Moria had a door. You want to move stuff out of the way to make a tunnel, that's fine, but that stuff has to go somewhere else. Presumably, just like mines on Earth, underground fantasy races do the same. It's just one thing that the authors didn't bother to illustrate. Just like they didn't bother to elaborate on how the Hero uses the loo.
The whole point of this is lost if you keep it a secret.

The Escotian peacekeeping mission in Arkadia/Andwoidia (ESCORKAND) supports the defense of Arkadia, though regrettably Arkadia is reduced to a level 1 in the fighting.

1) Escotia has an INVINCIBLE NAVY to provide fire support.
2) Artillery fire is... rather indiscriminate about what it blows up.
3) Arkadia is under attack by a massive force of Andwoidians, justifying the liberal use of artillery to defend Arkadia.

Mr.Roboto of Andwoidia appoints the Munchking of Arkadia as his Chief Warlord and takes over control of Arkadia peacefully.
Reason:
1) Arkadia is a LEVEL ONE CITY that is already a city within Andwoidia, and thus it is illogical for it to be ruled over separately from the rest of Andwoidia (It's only one city, and a level one at that)
2) Andwoidia has a LOYAL ARMY, and as the Arcade is within Andwoidia, its troops are indeed Andwoidian, and too loyal to prevent Andwoidia's actions.
3) Andwoidia and Arkadia are both part of a POWERFUL COALITION (in other words, they're allied) and would benefit greatly due to this arrangement: Andwoidia would gain the skills of a BRILLIANT TACTICIAN, and the Munchking, whose city has nearly been destroyed, will be working with somebody that has a FAVORABLE FATE.

(And of course, the peacekeepers will be quite happy with this peaceful solution)

Dominaria compresses excess materials into INDOMITABLE BRICKS with its urza-tron-ness.

1)Underground civilizations need to use excess materials for something
2)Dominaria is a powerful underground civilization who had plenty of time to do this
3) Dominaria has access to a great earthamancy artifact which allows it to replicate the earths forces.

(note for those who don't understand what I mean, I am using the idea of compression, such as with diamonds, to create hardened bricks. I have yet to state what they will be used for.)

Well, we saw "unmatched forces" get defeated before.

Also, Frank has UNMATCHED fliers, which is very close to "indomitable" in meaning, so the argument isn't invalid as you pointed out.

unmatched fliers do not neccesarily mean they are unbeatable.
Indomitable airforce also doesnt mean they cannot be beaten.

Each flier may be unmatched, but in what situation? 1v1? 10v1? 100V1?

the entire airforce may be indomitable, but is each portion of it indomitable?

I'm an English teacher, I know what indomitable means. I think what happens is that we simply both get stronger arguments.

No, actually, ESCORKAND peacekeepers enter the ruined city of Arkadia to provide the Arkadians with succor in their time of most dire need.

1) Arkadia has recently been reduced from a "GRAND CITY" that was level five to a smouldering level one ruin.
2) ESCORKAND's mission is to ultimately prevent the annexation of either side in the Arkadian-Andwoidian conflict, thus justifying its own humanitarian efforts rather than allowing Andwoidian ones to proceed.
3) Escotia has a VAST EMPIRE and BOOMING ECONOMY to fund its humanitarian efforts.
