Logout

Each time I come to the forums for this site and log in, I check the box that's supposed to keep me logged in for perpetuity. Each time, it ignores my choice, as when I come back to the forum at a later point after having closed the browser since the last time, I have to log in again.
This has been a test of the emergency broadcast system. If this were an actual emergency, you would already be dead.

I'm investigating that right now. I suspect we have the permissions set a bit too high on things. It affects me somewhat also.

Bad cookie setting. It *should* work now. You might need to get rid of your former cookie in your browser to get it to work though. You can click the "delete all board cookies" link at the bottom of the page to do this.

Hi, did you dump all of your board cookies, then dump your browser cache? Also, what browser are you using?

I dumped all my board cookies and it still doesn't work 100% of the time for me. I'm using Firefox 3.0.1.

I cleared the cookies but not the cache. Lemme check that right now

As Dr Pepper discovered it sometimes requires you dumping your browser cache and cookies.
