What do you mean, not obvious? The only one with a mask, conspicuously sinister and different, yet nobody pays any attention. It's like a "Not my Problem" device is in operation. Who would run such a device? Except Ford Prefect? Charlie, that's who.

Also, the tanned/orange dude is Scarlet's long lost cousin who ended up on Jersey Shore.

1. Not obvious, possible. It could equally be there are more like that, unrevealed, and it is a mere coincidence or areference I don't get.

2. Even if it is something sinister, we don't know its Charlie. Plenty of other characters with motivations to be involved at Spacerock.

On Jetstone's side, Tram's stack is also wearing Roman style armours, which differs them from the rest of JS's force. That makes me think, those guys are his personal knights, popped in his allocated city, and are the ones who went with him on his missions. But then I wonder, what are Ossomer's personal knights like?

By the way, I only know Isaac, Morticia, and possibly Zelda, from from MK's group of casters. Anyone care to fill in the rest?

That doesn't mean she's OK with Parson wanting to disregard MK's convention while risking his own disbandment. If Maggie thought that Parson's gonna croak himself if he went through that portal, she'd rather conspiring with the Thinkamancers to stop Parson from advancing any further, which explains why they needed to be there in numbers and why she truly thought that he would be safe.

I don't normally comment here, but I just want to remind everyone that I want it to be possible to read the comic pages alone and understand the plot. This page does rehash a bit of material from the texts for that reason. But hopefully it's still exciting. I heard orchestral action-movie music as I was lettering.

Personally, i think that the text updates enhance the story and i'm sorry you are not including them in the print edition.

As for rehashing, yeah, some of that. But you showed us the Great Minds ready to step out of the shadows and commit themselves to overt action. This will change the Magic Kingdom significantly, even if Parson fails.

The nature of a unit's eyes seems to indicate their side of origin, right? The tanned guy with red hair and beige eyes might be a turned unit from the same place as Maggie.

That's also a LOT of Jetstone troops there in Panel 1... Ironically if they attacked now, with Wanda in the basement, they'd probably wipe out the dwagons with relative ease.

The hockey-masked knight will be getting decrypted, of course. That outfit wasn't really designed for silver and gold.

Isaac's promise to 'be there' does seem ambiguous about their intentions. Almost explicitly so.

I wonder what the various involved casters can do to alter the outcome of this. Peacemaking and suggestions do seem useful skills in this situation, but what they really need is a foolamancer. Maybe one of the 'Minds brought a scroll, although that'd also be a wasted opportunity to let some light shine on disciplines we haven't seen much of so far.

I'm vaguely worried about Parson's earlier statement about a three foot fall, with some bad luck, being able to kill a unit. Of course I won't hesitate to exclaim,
