No shipping options for Europe

Hi, guys,

Just an FYI; there are no shipping options for orders of book 2 and the dragon plush to the UK. I don't know if that's Europe as well, but I assume so.

Nope, still not working. I swapped country to UK and it still didn't work:

It is possible that it uses post codes or something, so you have to get those right relative to the country. Ireland has no postcodes, so maybe that is messing it up.

Seems to be working now. However, it doesn't allow points to be used for payment.

Pre-orders can't be paid for by tool points? I have only 4 left though and I know that they can't be used for shipping.

I was waiting for my Tool membership to be validated (it's been nearly a week ) so I could pre-order. If I can't pre-order with my Tool points, then I will be an unhappyturtle.
