I'm missing $30 in Tool Points from my account. I should have 33, but when I try to place an order it says I only have 3 available. I have used the contact form in the store, and the contact form on the main site to ask for help, as well as e-mailed what e-mail addresses I could find related to Erfworld. In my e-mails I sent more details, including a screenshot of my paypal page showing that the $3 payments were made. My request for support has gone completely unanswered for a week and a half now (since the first request was sent). What do I have to do to get this fixed?!
