Ok, I finally got my books a few days ago. I live in Sweden and I think it took about 6 weeks to get the books.

Think I've been waiting for 6 weeks or so, me living in Holland. Not that agitated about not getting it though, but I understand if some people are pissed.

Wow. There must be some serious amount of incompetence in the service company that sends out the books. The one I ordered for my boyfriend in early June arrived yesterday! That's 3 (three!) months of delay, or 14 weeks, or 98 freaking days. A whole quarter of a year.

Well, at least it did arrive at last... so to the people who are still waiting: try waiting longer. It seems to help.

...You ordered it in June and got it? I was one of the first pre-orders (or so I assume, first day it was offered) and I haven't gotten mine yet. :-\

If you pre-ordered the books and still haven't received them, something has gotten screwed up. Contact Mal and Rob (PM or Chat are your best bets, with Chat being the likeliest method for quick success) and poke them. Don't just wait passively for them to arrive if it's been longer than a month or two.

Along the same lines - did the decrypted dwagon plushies ever go out? I preordered two, and I swear I saw news that they'd come in, but my order still says "processing". Email to the store may as well have gone to /dev/null.

Decrypted plushies sent out around the beginning of the month, along with any other orders that were either in north america, or didn't include a preorder for issue 2.

Should my order have updated to Shipped, or is Processed the equivalent? Any tracking on those?

I haven't received the book either. Ordered on November 28th. I sent an email to the gmail account listed on the invoice. Can I get an update please?

Has my money just been stolen? I don't get any response emailing the store either.

Edit: The dragons showed up 12/23. A bit late to mail one out for xmas, but at least the other will make it to its new home in time.

Going to chime in that my order took almost five weeks to arrive, but made it in time for Christmas. I live in California, and so shipping across country does take a while. But five weeks?

As for the product itself, it's a beautiful book 1 and the bonus page was epic! Unfortunately the back ten pages arrived folded in half. Annoying, but otherwise not a big problem. Even with the shipping delay and the damaged product, I'm still very happy with the purchase.
