I don't think this board does that. We occasionally get spam from an old "sleeper" account, but it's rare enough that the mods can just delete it on a case-by-case basis (a great improvement over the old days before the board installed some anti-bot-registration precautions -- before then, we had spam posts coming in by the dozens).
