I would tell you, but I don't actually own any yet. My guess is around 200ish.

You can work it out for yourselves.

There is a formula for revenue from City levels. So how much a level 3 city produces depends on how many other Cities you control, and their levels.

As Captain Kirk would say "Best Guess, Mr Sulu."

I'm liking this game, but the lack of firm rules is proving to be quite a hindrance (even with the flexibility it provides)

Loath as I am to give out information for free, you can generally expect your upkeep to be roughly 25-30% of the cost of your troops, with the % getting larger as you have more troops (and/or more expensive troops. I'm not sure of all the factors). I'm sure it can go above 30%, but, well, I don't know how many troops most of you have.
