Each player can now make two Arguments each turn - a Primary Argument, and a Secondary Argument.
One of the Arguments must relate to your own Empire, and the other must relate to an Opponent's Empire.
Your Primary Argument will be rated as usual, but the Secondary Argument will suffer a -2 to its rating (so Very Strong would be Normal, and Normal would be Very Weak (which will now be known as Pathetic). Unless it is made very clear, the first argument will always be considered the Primary.
Why the change? Because the tendency will always be to use your single argument to advance your own empire, rather than weakening an opponent. This way, you can subvert opposition while strengthening your own position.
And... go! 48 hours to post arguments.
There's still room for other empires to join...

You might like to change it...
Watermonkey, your argument seems to lack a bad objective... You say they conquer the fertile forests to the West, and if you succeed, then Nobgrub might end up conquering the mountains and the forests (fertile forests, no less).
(And your secondary optional mentions Ascotia, which it cannot do).
