You don't need to eat. There was enough rations left from last turn that all units in the hex fed automatically. This should be reflected in the unit status list...

Choppy will eat, then build a hut and chop lumber from a different tree.

Don't need to eat. Ate automatically at the start of the turn (as in, if there are rations available, you don't need an action to eat. It just happens. So it is good to have rations available at the start of the turn, since you gain an extra action).

j/p, build a hut, then choppa choppa choppa a different tree than the one we've been harvesting.

Questions: Can this collection of huts become a city eventually? How many huts do we need, and what is their benefit? Can we build more axes, or do we need to find some metal first?

You are welcome to eat too much if you wish. Just early on I'll remind you that you don't need to, as long as your unit status says "Fed". If you eat too much, it will become "bloated".

You'll find out the purpose of huts once you build one.

You can construct more basic tools (like the axe), but it takes wood, actions, and a tool to make one.

In that case, I revise my actions to build hut, make another axe, chop wood, chop wood...

I do think its strange that we have a hut, but we need a second one to determine what it does...

So what about M3 and M4? Do we jsut lose any knowledge of what we're doing until you decide we return?

Edit: I noticed you have us marked having 0/4 HP and Fed:???... This worries me

M7 looks about, grumbling under his breath. He will eat, then eats again, choosing not to help or contribute. He looked at how small he was and thought how stupid it was, so he wanted to get bigger. If he can eat more, he'll try.
