What kind of trees are these? Any chance we can make a rope or net from them? If not, we might want to try fishing with pointy sticks.

Only if Choppy leaves the axe and swaps it for a stick (of the pointy variety) don't want to go losing the only thing that can chop wood or make pointy sticks (and we don't even know if it does THAT, yet.)

Eat the fat one! (I haven't even popped, and already I'm advocating that we become Lord of the Flies Island.)

Why eat the fat one first? The fat one should be able to help you over power the weaker ones, then when it's just you vs him he's too out of shape to defend himself alone because he's relied on your help, and you'll life much longer eating the fat one by yourself.

In any case, we didn't get rations from the Marbit the dog killed, so we might not even get them from each other.

It looks like KF25 hasn't put in orders, but as he's a first poster, he may never come back. I've sent a PM, which he hasn't opened. I'm going to let that Marvellous Fellow, MarbitChow, take his place. I'll process orders in a moment (which is to say, an hour or two).

As I am a generous person, I will say the following -
You don't need stone to make an axe or spear - the Marbits find one on the ground.
Look again at the events of the exploration - specifically, how much move it cost to leave the hex. And then imagine what a defenceless Marbit in a foreign hex does for an entire not their turn, turn?
If you can think it, you can do it. By and Large. But remember the theme - survival.
