Ask the Orly to scout by flying SE, then S, then NW, then N. (This assumes that the Orly can ride on my shoulder to whatever hex we then decide to head to.)If it spots a small group of living things that we can easily kill, we'll take them on, otherwise take the path of least resistence to the southernmost hex that the Orly explored.

I will do this if rules allow it.

I agree with this course of action.

Orly:
Spoiler: show
Map Link: Image

You have discovered the edge of the forest, and the start of an indefinate span of plains. Your party will have little to no cover in this terrain type, but they may make one extra move a turn if they start on it. There is also no known water source in past this forest.
UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.

(OOC:) ... I think, perhaps, it would be safest to just kill the Orly right now and get it over with. (/OOC)

I think its going to be massively fun

Remember, an ORLY is a creature of limited intelligence....but apparently has enough to use a MEME generator

Wait, so ... what, exactly, is to the south? What did you see? What did you see?

Nah, do what you think works best. Just offering a suggestion. Fry's meme could be useful too when confused.

... WTF?!

The Cowardly Scarecrow is bemused by the ORLY's inane ravings and responds the only way he knows - by trying to scare the bird!

We'll head SE, then S, and once again I'll cloak and search the hex, while Mac scouts the surrounding terrain.

I heartily approve of Senor Expiracion sensible plan. My speed and scouting skills are legendary!

However, I reckon we should terminate that ORLY, ->

Regarding the Orly : We stick to the original plan. We venture South-East, and if we don't find water for our bush after 4 turns, we water it with Orly blood.

So our plan is the most direct route to the enemy....

Have you ever read an adventure story? That's always the worst possible route.
