Hooray, things are happening. When I saw there was a new update I told myself that if it was another page of standing around in the Magic Kingdom arguing (like a bad episode of Walking Dead) then I was going to take a break from this comic for a few months and let it get on with things. But yay, it is getting on with things!

Maybe with the column? No doubt Charlie specified some means of delivery that both ensured the arrival of his prize and did not risk losing the prisoner to an ambush or other unfortunate event that might befall Jetstone's air force enroute to their old capital site. Never pay for something twice when you shouldn't have had to pay for it at all.

EDIT: No, wait. Netty was netted to Ace's unipegataur. He's not riding it anymore, and it is Off Panel. So the archon will be wherever the narrative requires it to be.

The command to charge has been give, but so far no actual combat has been engaged. One more comic closer to my Quatloos. Four more to go and plenty of narrative to fill those pages. We can still find out what happened to Jack and Wanda, what's going on with Stanley, TV, an incident along the way to the Jetstone city, Cubbins getting rescued (and an entire page of fandom driven emotional outpouring as Ace and Cubbins are reunited(and it feels so gewd)), negotiations getting finalized in the MK, Sylvia issuing more orders for carnage and destruction, Carnyamncers running amok, Jojo's reveal, and some more depth to the new fanfave warlord (Pessimistic Paul).

I'm envisioning an epic Parson-v-Slately one-on-one standoff, with Slately going off about Royal values, and Parson ultimately needing for the first time to croak a human-looking opponent (that he's talked to and interacted with, even), to much introspection.
