Forest Units are capable of fighting flying units in Forest hexes, where Units without Forest and/or Flying cannot.

The specific advantages of Forest Units operating inside a Forest hex are not known. If they receive a terrain bonus is not revealed, but it is mentioned that terrain can provide bonuses so it is possible.
