He currently serves Gobwin Knob

Most likely a reference to the Kansas City Royals, a Major League Baseball team, and/or the Kansas City Chiefs, a National Football League team. (American Football).

However, given the number of references in Erfworld to rock music, the name may also refer to KC and the Sunshine Band.
