Schlemiel Elves are an Elf brand.

Schlemiel elves are unimpressive combatants, small, weak, and poorly skilled. When faced with any sort of serious opposition, they tend to die in droves, a fact not lost on the Schlemiel elves. It is possible that their combat deficiencies are balanced by a low pop/upkeep cost, or bonuses to negotiation, such as convincing a side to pay an exorbitant fee to forge an alliance, or perhaps they can pop mathamancers.

Schlemiel is a Yiddish term for a 'habitual bungler,' and is commonly used in Jewish humor as a term for a ne'er-do-well character who serves as the butt of misfortune.
