I think we can infer from the Sofa King Court, and the other names that Penistone is a Unaroyal city. The former seems to have a penchant for names that toe the border of obscene and stress profanity filters.

Judging by the dialogue, Penistone is well inside Jetstone borders, likewise the stone indicates it was long a Jetstone holding. There is no indication it changes hands often, unlike several other cities we've seen mentioned. Also, what is the connection you're making between Sofa King and Unaroyal? CIHN
