Proposed Canon
Adderall Hawk, also known as Add Hawk, was a Mathamancer with the Flight special serving Faq prior to its destruction. IPTSF_Text_30
Speculation
Since 'Ad Hoc' solutions are not generalizable, this may mean that Adderall can not cast outside of Mathemancy.
Real World References
Ad Hoc is Latin for "For This," and refers to a solution designed for a specific task and is not generalizable to other purposes.
Adderall's nickname, "Add," is a reference to being a practitioner of Mathemancy.
In addition, Hawk is a type of bird, tying into his posession of the Flight special.
