Book 1 Bonus Pages

The print version of book one contains bonus material. There is a complete list of discrepancies, but this is just a list of the page numbers for the bonus pages. This will allow book owners to find the material more easily.
Given that these are an incentive for actually buying the book, this should be kept to just a list of numbers and a short description. Actual information given on the bonus page, if any, should not be included.
The page numbers are the page numbers given in the printed book:
- page number 138 - between TBFGK 123 and TBFGK 124: Lady Sylvia Lazarus confronts Archduke Ferdinand, dismounts and beheads him (saying a few lines along the way), unidentified Hobgobwin knights run for their lives, some get slaughtered by Unaroyal troops
- page number 143 - between TBFGK 127 and TBFGK 128: Wanda dancefights, uncroaked sing a song and kill some Jetstone, Unaroyal and Hobbittm troops (although Wanda does not utter a single word)
- page 149 - between TBFGK 132 and TBFGK 133: an identified Archon takes footage of the destruction in Gobwin Knob, FoxMUD warlord resembling Ziggy Stardust falls through a crack in the earth into the dungeon area, drops a few lines, pats a Wiener-Rammer, Sizemore casts a spell and stabilizes the tunnel, Parson and Maggie watch and comment
- page 159 - between TBFGK 141 and TBFGK 142: Maggie discusses situation with Great Minds That Think Alike in the Temple of the Thinkamancers, Isaac talks a lot, also appear - Neil deGrasse Tyson-like thinkamancer (does not talk visibly), Aristotle-like thinkamancer and Pamela Anderson-like thinkamancer(both drop a line), others are not identifiable
