Bowie is a Changemancer formerly in the service of Unaroyal, now residing in the Magic Kingdom.
Real World References
A reference to David Bowie, who wrote and performed a song named "Changes." He also played a shapechanging Goblin King in the movie "The Labyrinth" specifically the form of a barn owl.
