The casting room of the Tower of Efdup is where Parson first enters Erfworld, summoned by Wanda with Stanley presentErf-b1-p017, and is primarily used for spellcasting.
It is located on the same level as the observation parapet.

It is likely based on the Master Control Program's tower in Tron. However, that may just be the effect of the 350,000 shmucker spell.
