Speculation
The casting room of the Tower of Efdup is where Parson first enters Erfworld, summoned by Wanda with Stanley present. Erf-b1-p017
It is located on the same level as the observation parapet.
Real World References
It is likely based on the Master Control Program's tower in Tron. However, that may just be the effect of the 350,000 shmucker spell.
