Chip Tunage was a Warlord in service to Kingdom of Faq and the governor of the city of Otoh.IPTSF Text 27 He is described as having "messy black hair".
Chip accompanied Princess Jillian Zamussels as a field commander on her travels as mercenary before the fall of the first Kingdom of Faq.
Chip carries a title of Earl, which means that he is a noble.

His name refers to Chiptune - synthesized electronic music often produced with the sound chips of vintage computers and video game consoles.
