Proposed Canon
Equipment are all the posessions of a Unit other than Magic Items and artifacts. This includes armor, weaponry, clothes, and other items, but not rations.
Every unit pops with some basic equipment.
Speculation
Equipment is carried in an inventory and may be re-sized at will.
Additional Equipment can be made by Dollamancers or Units with Fabrication Special.
